Care and Consideration

Punctuality

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your treatment to allow time to relax and complete your client consultation form. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to ensure we remain on schedule for our next clients.

Dress

We provide everything you need for your treatment, so feel free to come just as you are. For your comfort and privacy, clients are fully draped during treatments. For body services, we also offer disposable garments so you can comfortably change back into your clothing afterwards.

Appointments

To secure your preferred time, especially for evenings or weekends, we recommend booking your next appointment before leaving the salon.

Cancellations

Your time is valuable—and so is ours. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, so we may offer your appointment to another valued client. You’re welcome to call or text us at any time.

Mobile Phones

To help maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you switch your mobile phone to silent before arriving.

Gift Vouchers

Beautifully presented gift vouchers are available for any occasion. You can choose a specific treatment or a dollar amount—making it the perfect gift for someone special.
