Care and Consideration
Punctuality
Please arrive 5 minutes before your facial treatment, so that you have time to relax and fill out your client consultation form. In the event that you are late for your appointment time, your treatment time may be decreased to end at the original ending time so as to not inconvenience the following clients.
Dress
We provide everything you require for your treatments, so please feel free to come “as you are”. For your comfort and privacy, clients are fully draped during treatments, and for body treatments we can provide disposable garments so that you can re-dress into your own clothing afterwards.
Appointments
To ensure you secure an appointment when you require, we recommend you schedule your next services prior to leaving, especially for evening and weekend appointments.
Cancellations
Time is valuable not only to us but to our clients. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations so that we can offer the appointment time to another valued client. Call or text anytime. If sufficient notice is not given a cancellation fee of 30% of your appointment charge will be added to your next appointment or forfeited from your gift voucher.
Mobile Phones
To preserve a peaceful experience for all, please turn your mobile phones to silent before arrival.
Gift Vouchers
Beautifully presented gift vouchers are the perfect gift for any occasion, gift vouchers are always available for specific treatments or a dollar amount.
